ATMM.store 是一款面向仓储管理的 SaaS 平台，提供库存盘点、进销存追踪、多区域货架管理、条码扫描等功能。使用即接受本协议全部条款。
ATMM.store is a warehouse management SaaS providing inventory tracking, barcode scanning, and multi-zone shelf management. Use implies acceptance of all terms.
二、数据归属与隐私 / Data Ownership & Privacy
用户录入的所有库存、商品、型号数据归用户所有，平台不会未经授权共享或出售给第三方。数据存储于美国服务器（Supabase），使用即同意跨境传输。账号注销后数据在30天内清除。
Your warehouse data belongs to you. Not shared or sold. Stored in the US (Supabase); usage implies consent to cross-border transfer. Data deleted within 30 days of account closure.
三、账号与权限 / Account & Permissions
老板账号拥有仓库完整控制权；经理和操作员由老板分配，权限受限。团队成员离职后须由老板及时撤销权限，因未及时处理导致的数据安全问题由老板自行承担。
Boss accounts have full control. Managers and operators have limited access. Bosses are responsible for timely permission revocation upon team member departure.
四、订阅与计费 / Subscription & Billing
新用户享30天免费试用，到期需续订；订阅期间可随时取消，取消后至当期结束仍可继续使用；订阅费用一经支付不退款；平台保留调整价格权利，提前30天通知。
30-day free trial for new users. Cancel anytime; access continues until period end. No refunds. 30-day notice before price changes.
五、数据安全 / Data Security
数据通过 HTTPS/TLS 加密传输；密码以 bcrypt 哈希存储，绝不明文保存；建议用户定期自行导出重要数据作为额外备份。
Data encrypted in transit via HTTPS/TLS. Passwords hashed — never stored in plaintext. Users should export critical data regularly as backup.
六、物流免责 / Logistics Disclaimer
本平台仅提供仓库信息管理功能，不提供实际货运服务，亦不直接对接 UPS、FedEx、USPS、DHL、EMS 等承运商。货物实际运输、丢失或损坏等纠纷须由用户直接与承运商协商，平台不承担任何连带责任。
ATMM.store provides inventory management only. We are not a carrier and have no affiliation with UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, or EMS. Freight disputes must be resolved directly with carriers.
七、使用限制 / Acceptable Use
禁止将本平台用于：管理违禁品库存、伪造进出库记录、洗钱或其他非法活动。违者立即封号并保留追究法律责任的权利。
Prohibited: managing illegal goods, falsifying inventory records, money laundering, or any illegal activity. Violators will be banned immediately.
